3. Client Responsibilities and Projects
When engaging AMEDYA LTD for bespoke software development, mobile applications, or automation services, the following applies:
- Cooperation: You agree to provide timely access to necessary resources, information, documentation, and approvals required for project completion.
- Delays: Any delays on your part in providing feedback, approvals, or materials may result in adjusted timelines for project delivery, for which we are not liable.
- Payment: You agree to pay all fees according to the schedule outlined in the specific statement of work or proposal provided to you.
4. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services or Content:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
- To submit false or misleading information or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AMEDYA LTD, its affiliates, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.
Under no circumstances will AMEDYA LTD be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the service or your account or the information contained therein.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between AMEDYA LTD and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in London, United Kingdom.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
