Who we are
AMEDYA Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 09091432, at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
For anything about your personal data, email hello@amedya.com or call +44 20 3290 5454.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you email or call us, we receive your name, email address or phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you send an enquiry through the form. We receive what you enter: your name and email address, and if you give them, your company, phone number, the kind of project, platforms, stage, budget range, timeline, your message and how you heard about us. The website passes it to us as an email through Cloudflare's email service; it is not stored in a database on the website. If sending fails, the form offers to open your own email app instead, and we only receive that message if you send it.
When you visit the website. To show you pages and keep the site secure, our hosting provider processes technical data about each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. If a page fails to load, your browser may send a short error report to Cloudflare so that network problems can be found and fixed.
Cookies. We use one cookie to remember your language. Our cookie policy lists it and explains how to control it.

Transfers outside the UK
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. When they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards that UK data protection law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Client records: 6 years after the project ends, to meet accounting and tax requirements.
- Technical data processed by Cloudflare: for the periods set out in Cloudflare's own policies, usually a few days.
